Does the pizza peel come with the Pizza Oven?

Yes, Turpone has a policy that all appliances come with the necessary items for standard cooking.

How long should I allow the oven to preheat?

The oven requires a minimum of 15 minutes of preheat time on MAX setting. Depending on outdoor temperatures, this time may increase.

Can I get a replacement stone?

Replacement stones are available for purchase or replacement depending on time of purchase and warranty status.

How long does it take to cook frozen pizza or frozen foods?

Frozen pizzas and frozen foods must be thawed for 5-10 minutes before inserting into the oven. The average frozen pizza takes approximately 3-4 minutes to cook, far faster than a conventional oven!

Does the pizza oven come with a travel bag?

A travel bag / cover is sold separately unless purchased with one of our combination bundles, such as our camping kit.

How long does it take to cool down?

The oven takes approximately 30 minutes to cool down.

How long does shipping take?

We expedite within 2 business days. Shipping can take 5-15 days to arrive

Do you ship to the USA?

Yes, Our US currency based website allows you to place orders and shipped to locations in the United States.

How do I ship back my product?

We will provide you a return label upon request and can schedule a pick-up or delivery at your nearest post office.

What is your return policy?

1 year on the oven with an additional year for regisration.

Is the stone under warranty?

Yes, 3 months at purchase.

Login, go to My Orders, and you will see all you require.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Contact Us Promptly: Reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

Can I track my order?

An order will come accompanied with a tracking number.
