Technical Features

This portable pizza oven fits pizzas up to 12 inches. It comes with a 12-inch rotating cordierite baking stone that is powered by 4 x AAA batteries alongside a 12-inch pizza peel. The Ronzio heat is provided by a straight tube burner with a built-in fire plate to protect food from burning. Ronzio can go up to 950°F (510°C) in just 10 minutes maximum allowing you to cook pizza at any temperature. The portable pizza oven is easy to clean and it only weighs 20 lbs perfect for camping or picnics when you want an Italian dinner.

How long should I preheat the oven for?

15-20 min. If it's a windy day, aim for 30 minutes.

How can I clean the stone?

You may clean the stone by putting the oven on max for 45 minutes. Shut it off, and while the stone rotates scrub in a diagonal direction with our stone brush. Once the stone is cooled, you may wipe it down. Never wet the stone.

How can I clean my oven?

Water and Soap. Remove the stone, batteries, and disconnect the propane hose from the propane tank.

What can I cook in this oven?

You can cook fresh pizzas, frozen pizzas, gluten-free pizzas, meats, hot dogs, and more.
