Prosciutto pizza

Sink your teeth into a perfect balance of fresh and savory with this pizza recipe featuring prosciutto, arugula, mozzarella, and a luscious balsamic glaze. Whether you’re hosting friends or craving a gourmet twist on a classic, this recipe delivers a vibrant and satisfying slice every time.

Ingredients 

1 pre-made pizza dough.

1/4 cup of tomato sauce.

4 oz of mozzarella, shredded.

4 slices of prosciutto. 

1 cup of arugula.

1 tbsp of balsamic glaze.

Preparation

Roll out your pre-made pizza dough to desired thickness on a floured surface.

Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edge.

Spread the sliced mozzarella cheese over the sauce

Arrange the slices of prosciutto on top of the cheese.

Carefully place the pizza onto the pizza peel.

Launch the pizza onto the rotating ceramic stone in the pizza oven.

Cook for 90 seconds, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Remove the pizza from the oven and top with the arugula and balsamic glaze.

Cut and serve immediately.
